My Story
Niharika Srivastava
From a young age, I felt a strong inclination to support and understand others. After exploring different paths, I found my calling in mental health and became a certified Mental Health Professional in 2017 — a journey that continues to be deeply meaningful.
Over the years, I have developed a diverse range of experience working with adolescents and adults navigating a wide spectrum of psychological concerns. My work is grounded in a multicultural, trauma-informed lens that recognises the impact of socio-cultural contexts, relational dynamics, and lived experiences on emotional well-being. I draw from an integrative approach, emphasising safety, attunement, and collaborative exploration within the therapeutic space.
I strive to create a space that is empathetic, non-judgmental, and holding — where clients can explore their inner world, build self-awareness, and move toward greater emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence.
I founded Feelings Forward as a platform rooted in the belief that growth is an ongoing, evolving process. It is a space dedicated to encouraging reflection, fostering emotional insight, and supporting individuals in leading more grounded and fulfilling lives.
My work is guided by a commitment to spreading awareness, reducing stigma, and advocating for mental health with sensitivity, inclusivity, and care.
